  • We review your medical history and training history and assess how all your joints are working.

  • Get your body working the way it needs to work for your sport and longevity. This phase emphasizes joint health and enables your body to train all 9 Pillars of Fitness.

  • Custom program that covers 9 Pillars of Fitness. Tailored to your sport and its seasons.

  • Meet weekly to answer questions, check technique, calibrate program, and discuss the intent of movements.

  • Address pain and dysfunction intelligently. Prevent the situation from getting worse. Accelerate recovery.

  • Train for the race, expedition, or adventure that will push you in the best way.

Why We Created 100 Year Athlete

100 Year Athlete was inspired by aging mountain athletes who lost years of quality recreation to preventable injuries and unsustainable training habits. Informed by the latest research on human health and sports performance, we developed a longevity-based fitness program for all forms of adventure and sport.

For over eight years, we’ve tested 100 Year Athlete with athletes between ages 35 and 80+ who put significantly more strain on their bodies than the average person. They include extreme skiers and snowboarders, mountain bikers, trail runners, rock climbers, triathletes, golfers, and pickleballers.

Who We Are

Based in and around Park City, Utah, the 100 Year Athlete team gets out in the mountains year round. We ski, board, bike, hike and climb, and you’ll find some of us out on the pickleball courts and fairways too. We train for a lifetime of adventure, and we help others on the same journey.
